Museums dedicated to one of the important sources of all things on earth – water, are available in many countries around the world. Among the most popular large-scale international exhibitions dedicated to the amazing transformations of water, are the water Museum St. Petersburg, Minsk, Tehran, Stirum (Germany), Lisbon, new York, Montreal. And since 2003 its rightful place among them took to the water Museum Kiev with official status – “water information center of Ukraine”.

It is located in the Khreshchatyi Park is a picturesque place in the historical centre of the capital in a converted water tower, which is more than 130 years.   • “Water abstraction, treatment and transportation of water.” Here you can trace the entire path of life-giving water from water treatment plants to apartments, in Ukraine and around the world.
  • “Water management.” Here’s a quick comparison chart gives an idea about water consumption per person in various countries of the world. This allows you to see the place of Ukraine in compliance with the requirements of the who.
  • “Water” introduces examples of modern samples of sanitary ware, diagrams of the main sewage collectors.
  • “Wastewater treatment” demonstrates the technology of this process, and using the monitor to trace the path of wastewater from the house to the purifying systems.
  • “World of water” is a spectacle of waterfalls, geysers, glaciers, mirror-like rivers, stormy rains, the landscape, reproduced from one of the Crimean caves.

After the tour, visitors can once again approach the miraculous water of the beautiful pump room of Kiev, which is at a distance of 100 m from the entrance of this unique Museum.
